About

I’m deeply passionate about fostering a supportive and empowering community for women in tech. My interest in mentoring stems from my own experiences navigating the industry’s unique challenges. I believe that by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and creating safe spaces, we can collectively break down barriers and uplift one another.

My primary focus areas for mentorship include:

Technical Skills Development: I’m eager to help mentees hone their technical skills through pair programming, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions. Whether it’s mastering a new programming language, tackling a complex algorithm, or building a portfolio project, I’m committed to providing personalized support and guidance.

Building Confidence and Resilience: I believe in empowering women to find their voice and embrace their unique strengths. I strive to create a safe space where mentees feel comfortable sharing challenges, seeking feedback, and celebrating successes.

Access to Resources: I’m excited about the prospect of facilitating access to invaluable knowledge bases like O’Reilly and Udemy through scholarships. This would provide mentees with the opportunity to expand their skill sets and stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

I’m confident that my technical expertise, empathetic approach, and unwavering commitment to empowering women in tech make me a valuable mentor. I’m eager to learn from my mentees as we embark on this journey of growth and development together
