About

With nearly two decades of experience in HR and three years in humanitarian work, my career has been a fusion of guiding individuals and serving noble causes. I’ve found immense joy in supporting others on their paths, whether it’s in the corporate world or within humanitarian efforts.

Currently, I’m entrusted with leading a team focused on mentoring individuals to launch their own businesses. This role has honed my ability to provide effective guidance and support, but I’m eager to deepen my understanding. That’s why I’m keen on delving into the intricacies of mentorship, from understanding the fundamental steps to mastering the best practices. I believe that by enhancing my knowledge in this area, I can further empower those I guide and contribute meaningfully to their success stories.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

Its my way of giving back the expertise, knowledge and provide hope. While I’ve been leveraging my HR background for this purpose, I recognize the potential for even greater impact with further training. My motivation stems from my commitment to providing meaningful support and guidance to those I mentor.
