I help you to cultivate inner calm, clear presence, and authentic authority – so you can lead with confidence and impact, especially when it matters most.
I’m passionate about mentoring because I believe sustainable leadership begins in the body—not in titles or techniques. After years in somatic therapy and leadership roles in venture and insurance, I now support women in high-pressure industries like consulting, tech, and finance in building calm authority, emotional clarity, and embodied presence. My focus is on helping leaders regulate their nervous system, interrupt automatic people-pleasing, and access inner leadership—even in tough rooms. Mentoring, to me, is not about giving advice from above. It’s about creating a space where intelligence, intuition, and vulnerability can coexist. I’m especially interested in supporting women navigating male-dominated structures who want to lead with impact—without hardening or burning out. My work bridges deep somatic insight with strategic leadership tools, and I’m excited to support mentees in finding strength where they least expect it: in stillness, in their body, and in their own way of leading.
I mentor because I believe leadership is not something we perform — it’s something we embody. Too often, talented women in high-pressure industries are taught to lead by suppressing their instincts, over-adapting, or powering through. I want to offer a different experience: one where strength comes from clarity, not control — from presence, not pretense.
My motivation is to create a space where emerging leaders feel safe to challenge outdated norms and reconnect with their own pace, wisdom, and voice. Mentoring is a powerful container for that shift — a place where questions matter more than quick answers. I’m here to support women who are ready to stop performing leadership and start living it — grounded, smart, and unapologetically themselves.
