Coming from a non-tech background, my journey felt like navigating a maze without a map. I constantly questioned where to start, what skills to prioritize, and if I was even on the right path. It would’ve been invaluable to have a mentor answer those early questions and offer a roadmap for building the necessary skills (pre-skills & upskilling) to thrive in tech. Now, as someone who’s persevered in this journey, I’m passionate about offering that same guidance to another woman entering the field. By sharing my experience and insights, I can help her navigate the challenges and accelerate her success in the exciting world of tech!
