About

As a Broadcast Journalist and an entrepreneur, my daily engagement with people especially the young ones indicate the gap we have in terms of mentorship.
My aim is to use my platform to provide invaluable advice and encouragement to help people navigate challenges and make informed decisions in both their personal and professional life.
My visit to some Senior High Schools and Junior High Schools within the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis has helped these students set SMART goals and developed a roadmap to achieve them, fostering a sense of direction and accomplishment.
Through my BossUp 100 Foundation, which emphasizes on skill development, financial Literacy, health advocacy and mentorship we have been able to transfer the right knowledge there by boosting the confidence and improving the lives of the people we encounter.

Due to the influx of information both positive and negative and the current life style of people especially on social media, It is important for our younger ones to be properly mentored for a better society. Some people are unable yo deal with the pressures of society hence they find themselves engaging with the wrong people. Also the rate at which youth unemployment has become rampant in our society it is important to help the youth to be ready for the job market with the requisite skills.
The startup eco space is also awashed with young entrepreneurs and would like to help them navigate through their journey.

My areas of Interest include but not limited to Education, Entrepreneurship, Communication or Journalism and Public Relation as well as Empathy.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up

The marginalised in our society especially women and girls who are having their own businesses need to be empowered for them to actualize their full potentials and uniqueness for nation building. My reason for giving back is to increase the number of women participation in the startup eco space.
