My name is Maxwell S.K. Dzilah, a passionate tech entrepreneur and the founder of Vandzilah Technology (VDT), an innovative IT company committed to solving social challenges through technology. With a strong background in digital solutions, I’ve led impactful projects as an IT Project Manager, overseeing initiatives that deliver real value to communities. I’m also the driving force behind the VDT Foundation, our nonprofit arm focused on using technology to empower communities, foster education, and promote sustainable development. My journey is rooted in resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to using technology as a force for good.
I mentor because I believe in giving back to the startup ecosystem that shaped my own entrepreneurial journey. Supporting upcoming entrepreneurs is a way for me to share lessons learned, help others avoid common pitfalls, and contribute to the growth of impactful businesses across Africa.
Beyond giving back, I’m also passionate about continuous learning mentorship gives me a front-row seat to emerging ideas, industries, and innovations. It helps me stay curious, informed, and inspired. I also see mentorship as a pathway to discovering potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and roles where I can offer deeper strategic value, whether as an advisor or a board member.
Ultimately, I mentor to build meaningful connections that create value for both the entrepreneurs and the organizations I represent.
