My focus is on helping founders/startups and VCs solve complex problems, stay ahead of the curve & drive innovation by working with clients to scope strategic priorities (i.e. define company strategy, build roadmaps), and deliver actionable data driven business recommendations through execution/implementation.
I advise startups in the U.S./EMEA on launching new products/services, from Go-to-Market strategies, to penetrating new markets, revenue growth and how to optimize for profitability.
I also help them innovate new revenue streams to maximize cash flow generation, build and launch new verticals, and attain scale in existing and newly launched projects.
Prior to my advisory work, I had the opportunity to build businesses from the ground up within a corporate setting (Bloomberg Intelligence) and within a startup setting, which taught me a great deal about agile innovation and growth hacking.
I co-founded a premium food and beverage company in NYC that targeted D2C as well as B2B accounts across premium hotels, corporations, airlines and retail. I am proud to say that we landed and serviced key accounts across high-end hotels (e.g. The Four Seasons, The Plaza, the St. Regis) to cite a few.
Prior to my advisory and entrepreneurship experience, I spent more than 8 years within investment research and strategy at Bloomberg and Barclays Investment Bank advising portfolio managers and PE companies better make sense of the secular and cyclical trends/themes affecting their investment companies’ fundamentals and how these drivers impact companies’ top line, EBITDA and overall value creation levers.
Feel free to reach out if I can be of assistance.
All of the above really. I have been on the investment side but also an operator in startups, which gives me a different perspective on how to go about launching and scaling businesses, but also how to go about raising funds.
