Mentorship motivation

  • I am looking for new investments
  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I find mentoring fulfilling because it allows me to help others grow and learn. It’s rewarding to see someone develop new skills or overcome challenges with guidance and support. Plus, I learn from the experiences and perspectives of those I mentor, which helps me improve as well. Overall, mentoring creates a positive cycle of growth and learning for both parties involved. The ecosystem needs more coaches and mentors to develop.
