My expertise covers various HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, the development of HR manuals and policies, and organizational culture.
I am passionate about supporting entrepreneurs with challenging human resources-related issues. As a consultant, I have provided trusted human resource solutions to over 26 clients, mentored over 600 students and youth, empowered youth in various leadership skills, and also trained and coached over 80 entrepreneurs in human resources management.
