Business and Financial Advisor with 13 years of experience in Financial Services, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Tech Startups. Specialized in business consulting, financial analysis and portfolio investment. Emphasis in fundraising and C-suite advisory, business model planning, strategy execution, competitive strategy, market expansion, go-to-market strategy, business valuation and merger and acquisitions.

In April 2022, Ghannam joined Flat6Labs as a Principal, the most active startups investor in the MENA region, managing Egypt portfolio and fund operations. Ghannam manages the US$ 10mn fund investing in innovative technology entrepreneurs in Egypt. The portfolio consists of 90+ companies including Healthtech, Edtech, Fintech, E-Commerce and Logistics startups.

Aside from his main roles, Ghannam provided mentorship to 70+ startups at Flat6Labs, AUC Venture Lab VC4A, and RiseUp in the areas of business strategy, financial advisory, investment readiness, fundraising plan and valuation.

My vision is to help entrepreneurs to be able to assess capital needs and startups’ investor readiness, providing recommendations on the fundraising strategy and provide guidance on financial models and investor pitch decks and how to work with investors post-investment. Furthermore, working with entrepreneurs is rewarding in terms of impact and value added as I will be able to help them solve critical challenges and make their most important decisions.
