However, when a mentor reports to VC4A that there is a problem with payment this will result in actions taken against the entrepreneur, such as deletion of their account and banning them from VC4A services in the future.

Qalib, leadership skills boosted When I joined one of the biggest franchise companies in my home
town, she learned how to lead a company! And to be a leader and how to take action as a leader!
She has developed my leadership characteristics working with young entrepreneurs that run their own
business, at that time I was providing customized business advice, assisting them in developing actionable
growth plans and working with the franchisee team effectively.
Qalib Leadership contribution to her community appeared when she shared with ability of knowledge as a leader
with young woman entrepreneurs’ program, by organizing the first event that focused on empowering
young woman entrepreneur #Africa4her as YALI Alumni,
She has become an influencer for young women by giving advice and finding solutions to root causes that led
not to have confidence to start their own business, though I invited self-made successful females’
entrepreneurs as guest speakers by sharing their inspiring stories.
