Over a decade of progressive experience spanning private sector development, project management, strategy, resource mobilization and monitoring & evaluation in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). Passionate about working in projects that bring about positive sustainable impact in communities and in this regard some key achievements have been: ▪ Implementing leadership development programs to over 40 impact investors on how to conceptualise, design and deploy catalytic climate adaptation finance solutions in Africa; ▪ Project managing enterprise development capacity building and technical assistance for over 2,000 MSMEs in SSA, to commercialize and refine their businesses into more bankable models; ▪ Project managing enterprise development and capacity building for over 25,000 small holder farmers in Kenya, to transform their business approach and practices; ▪ Supporting SMEs to secure catalytic investments of over $ 6,530,475 to generate revenues of $124,811,432 and to create over 17,204 employment opportunities.
