I’m interested in mentoring because I firmly believe in the transmission of knowledge, experience and values. For me, mentoring is a powerful lever for personal and professional development, for both mentor and mentee. It’s a way of supporting talent, encouraging mutual learning and helping to build solid, lasting career paths. Having benefited from the guidance of inspiring professionals myself, I’d like to offer this opportunity to others, by sharing my knowledge, practical advice and network.
My interests lie at the intersection of economics, sustainable development and social innovation. I’m passionate about the dynamics of economic and social development, digital transformation, entrepreneurship and equal opportunities. I also attach great importance to training and capacity building, particularly in Africa, where there is a wealth of talent just waiting to be developed and supported.
My areas of expertise include economic analysis, applied statistics, project management, strategy consulting, business development, and the implementation of programs financed by international donors. I aspire to accompany young professionals, entrepreneurs or project leaders in their evolution, helping them gain clarity, confidence and efficiency. For me, mentoring is a human and intellectual commitment that has the power to transform trajectories.
My main motivation for mentoring is to give back to the startup ecosystem and to budding entrepreneurs. Having myself evolved in entrepreneurial and innovation environments, I’m well aware of the challenges faced by young project leaders: isolation, lack of experience, limited access to networks or funding. Mentoring enables me to share the lessons I’ve learned along the way, to encourage vocations, and to contribute to the growth of projects that bring value and impact.
It’s part of a process of transmission, professional solidarity and the development of a more inclusive and collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem. It’s also a way for me to stay connected to new dynamics, to learn from ambitious initiatives, and to support the emergence of a new generation of change-makers. For me, mentoring is an enriching and deeply human experience.
