I am deeply interested in mentoring because I believe that guidance and shared experience can transform the journey of an entrepreneur. Having worked with programs such as Timbuktoo, MVP Lab 221, and COICA in Senegal, I have seen firsthand how structured support helps early-stage founders move from ideas to sustainable businesses. My motivation comes from a desire to empower young people and women to access opportunities, build resilience, and create ventures that contribute to inclusive economic growth. My focus areas are entrepreneurship development, innovation, and business strategy. I am particularly passionate about helping entrepreneurs refine their business models, strengthen financial management, and adopt international best practices while staying rooted in local realities. I enjoy working with early-stage startups as well as those entering accelerators, guiding them through challenges of scalability, team building, and market positioning. Because I speak both French and English, I can connect with diverse entrepreneurs across West and East Africa, offering one-on-one mentoring or online coaching tailored to their needs. Ultimately, mentoring allows me to give back by sharing knowledge, but also to learn continuously from the creativity and resilience of entrepreneurs. I see it as a partnership where my role is to unlock potential, provide clarity, and help founders build businesses that last.
