Neha Gunnoo

I am the founder of Luova Digital, a company specializing in digital content marketing and strategy. Over the past six years, I have honed my skills in content creation, digital marketing, and brand strategy, helping businesses grow their online presence and engage with their audiences more effectively. My entrepreneurial journey began with a FinTech startup, where I served as the co-founder and CMO, gaining valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of building a business from the ground up.

I am a digital nomad and solo traveler, experiences that have enriched my understanding of global markets and cultural nuances in marketing. I launched a podcast named “Bold Enough,” where women (and men) are encouraged to share their stories, including those once deemed taboo. My entrepreneurial journey as a woman became a beacon of inspiration for other women striving to establish their businesses. I am frequently invited to speak and lead events, webinars, and panels, where I provide motivation, guidance, and valuable insights to aspiring entrepreneurs, emphasizing the importance of persevering in pursuit of their dreams.

In 2022, I won the “Rising Star of the Year” and in 2023, my company won the “Startup of the Year (Silver)” by Women in Tech Africa (Mauritius Chapter). In 2023, I was shortlisted among the Top 100 Marketing Influencers by Technology for Marketing London. I am also among the Advisory Board Members of Minority Africa.

I am passionate about empowering women in Africa to reach their full potential, especially in the areas of entrepreneurship and digital innovation. Joining the She Wins Africa program aligns perfectly with my mission to uplift and mentor the next generation of female leaders. Having already mentored at organizations like AfriTech Fellowship and Beyond Borders, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of guidance and support. I’m eager to share my expertise, learn from fellow mentors, and contribute to a community that fosters growth, innovation, and resilience among African women entrepreneurs. This program presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with like-minded individuals, and continue my journey of empowering women across the continent.
