About

Passionate about fostering economic development in rural areas and unlocking their potential, I am particularly interested in mentorship as a lever for lasting impact. My career has led me to support local initiatives in the Congo Basin countries, notably through the creation in Congo of a solidarity microcredit fund dedicated to mothers and young people, as well as support for cooperatives, artisanal project leaders, and the structuring of value chains in the agricultural and environmental sectors.
Mentorship represents an opportunity for me to share concrete experience, guide entrepreneurs towards viable and inclusive models, and contribute to resilient local ecosystems. In particular, I initiated the Innov’Mikassou incubator in Bouenza, a model adapted to the rural environment, within CERPAC, which I coordinate.

My interests include smart agriculture, local processing, rural entrepreneurship, territorial governance, and value chain development. I am also involved in mobilizing women for the industrialization of the continent with the African Union, within African Women in Processing (AWIP), as well as in community mobilization for the preservation of forest ecosystems in the Congo Basin.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent

I would like to become a mentor to give back to the African entrepreneurial ecosystem by sharing my experience in supporting regional development initiatives and value chains. Mentoring enables me to support entrepreneurs in developing viable and inclusive business models, whilst staying connected to innovations and building bridges to opportunities for partnership and sustainable impact.
