I am deeply passionate about the African entrepreneurial ecosystem, which motivates me to mentor and support aspiring entrepreneurs. Having worked closely with startups across Africa, particularly in marketing, sales, and growth hacking, I believe that sharing my knowledge and experience can empower the next generation of leaders to navigate challenges and unlock their full potential.

My focus areas in mentoring revolve around providing practical guidance in growth strategies, marketing, sales, and go-to-market execution. I want to help mentees develop the skills to scale their businesses, generate leads, and create sustainable growth. I am particularly passionate about helping entrepreneurs understand the importance of iteration and resilience—critical components in the entrepreneurial journey. I firmly believe that through action and learning from failure, they can achieve success.

Additionally, my experience with the Senegalese startup ecosystem has given me valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs in Africa face. I aim to leverage my network and connections to create meaningful opportunities for my mentees.

Ultimately, I want to be a mentor who not only shares expertise but also inspires entrepreneurs to lead with innovation, confidence, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact on the continent.

I mentor because I believe in giving back to the startup ecosystem that has supported me throughout my entrepreneurial journey. Over the past two years, I have benefited immensely from the guidance and support of mentors, and now I feel compelled to share my knowledge and experience with others. Helping new entrepreneurs navigate their challenges and reach their goals is a way for me to contribute to the growth of the ecosystem that nurtured me.

I also have a natural curiosity and love for exploring new industries and businesses. Mentoring allows me to continuously learn and stay engaged with innovative ideas and diverse sectors, which is something I am deeply passionate about. I enjoy diving into new subjects and discovering how businesses evolve in different contexts.
