About

I am passionate about mentoring because I have seen first-hand how the right guidance at the right time can transform an entrepreneur’s journey. Over nearly two decades of working with business owners, I have witnessed the challenges they face in balancing vision, compliance, funding, and sustainability. Mentoring allows me to bridge that gap—equipping leaders with practical tools, frameworks, and strategies to build businesses that are not only legally compliant but also financially resilient and investment-ready.

My focus lies at the intersection of law and business growth. I help entrepreneurs structure their businesses for scale, implement effective governance and risk management practices, and design contracts that support funding and investment opportunities. A key part of my work also includes estate, succession, and legacy planning—particularly for family-owned businesses where personal and professional interests often overlap.

Beyond technical expertise, I bring a strong commitment to leadership development. As a Legal Project Professional and Extended DISC consultant, I mentor entrepreneurs on building high-trust teams, navigating conflict, and aligning leadership styles with business goals.

Through platforms such as PocketAdvisor and Contracts4Biz, I have made legal knowledge more accessible, reflecting my belief that mentorship should empower entrepreneurs to take control of their growth journey. Ultimately, my purpose in mentoring is to help leaders unlock funding, gain investor confidence, and turn their vision into lasting value.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up

My motivation to mentor comes from a deep belief that entrepreneurship is a powerful driver of economic growth and social impact. Over the years, I have seen many talented entrepreneurs struggle—not because of lack of vision, but because they lacked access to the right guidance, structures, and support. Mentoring gives me the opportunity to bridge that gap by sharing practical knowledge, experience, and tools that help business leaders build financially sound, compliant, and sustainable enterprises.

For me, mentorship is about more than transferring skills—it is about unlocking potential. I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs gain investor confidence, access funding, and position themselves for long-term success. By guiding leaders to align their strategies with governance and risk management, I know I am contributing not only to their growth but also to stronger, more resilient businesses that create jobs and value in their communities.
