I help leaders develop Strategic Business Capabilities to grow their businesses. Founding a business can be an arduous journey that requires some handholding and modeling. As a business coach and mentor, I help clarify your vision and align your stakeholders by employing strategic thinking and business psychology frameworks; providing counsel from experience, and constructive feedback in areas where the founder may be blindsided. My work focuses on: Strategic Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Business Growth, Employee Motivation and Engagement; and Organizational Health.
