About

I am a Medical Laboratory Scientist and a Certified Business Development Expert from Nigeria. I own a Consulting and Training firm which operates mainly virtually.

As a Business Development expert with extensive experience in the field, mentoring business owners has become a passion of mine for several compelling reasons. This passion stems from a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of guidance, the joy of witnessing growth, the opportunity to foster innovation, and the satisfaction of contributing to the broader business ecosystem.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of mentoring is the opportunity to provide guidance that can significantly alter the trajectory of a business. Many business owners, especially those at the start of their journey, face numerous challenges and uncertainties. They often grapple with strategic decisions, market positioning, and operational inefficiencies. As a mentor, I can share my expertise and insights, helping them navigate these complexities. The ability to provide clarity and direction is profoundly impactful, and knowing that my advice can lead to pivotal changes in their businesses is incredibly rewarding.

I can help Business Owners with sessions to answer questions around growing their business with strategies and marketing plans. I can also help with Management structure and Staffing advisory to get a good team and have an optimized operation.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

Having seen pitfalls of clients, I will love to help as many business owners as possible to avoid them.

I wouldn’t mind being on a board as an advisor for some
