For the past 15 years, I’ve been providing management strategy and operational support for non-profits and social impact organisations across Africa, Europe and North America. My experience spans compliance, due diligence, risk management, strategy formulation and process mapping, all of which help these organizations maximize their impact. I am looking to support startup leaders and entrepreneurs to identify and amplify a definitive social purpose for their budding organisations. I also support with vision boards, corporate governnance and culture, all in a bid to help these organizations to be more inclusive, compliant and socially responsible organiszations. My interest is sector agnostic but specifically organisations who have found product market fit and are scaling.
Research has proven that organizations who focus on their externalties and are deliberate about their social offering and impact factors, are more likely to amplify their impact and overall value proposition, and so it is in the interest of post-revenue organizations to prioritize these external and environmental factors at the early stage so that it is engrained into its organizational fabrics.
