T-shaped leader with two decades of experience spanning compliance, due diligence, risk management, strategy and process design/mapping for non-profits and mission-focused organisations globally.
Looking to support startup leaders and entrepreneurs to identify and amplify a definitive social purpose for their budding organisations. I also support with vision boards, corporate governance and culture, all in a bid to help these organizations to be more inclusive, compliant and socially responsible organiszations. My interest is sector agnostic but specifically organisations who are looking to track or scale beyond immediate-term financial metrics.
Research has proven that organisations that focus on their externalties and are deliberate about their social offering and impact factors are more likely to amplify their impact and overall value proposition, and so it is in the interest of post-revenue organisations to prioritise these external and environmental factors at the early stage so that it is engrained into its organisational fabrics.
