Olajumoke Akinwunmi

Hello my name is Olajumoke (Jumoke), my experience in the past couple of decades in the private sector in the built environment, in public service, and as co-founder of an impact investment company has given me extensive sector, business development and management knowledge. I am interested in the ideation/concept formation and growth stages of business and keen to share my experience and resources with African start-ups. I am particularly interested in female founders/entrepreneurs, having met and mentored several through my membership of several women networks

My primary objective is to give back. I believe it is important to influence/contribute to the development of the ecosystem and provide guidance to budding entrepreneurs. Over the years, I have enjoyed several mutually beneficial mentor/mentee relationships. I am particularly interested in the concept stage and challenging the thinking behind purpose and preparing founders for the issues that arise in the formative stage. Finally, I look out for new opportunities and often support these with resources at my disposal.
