I am interested in mentoring because I have seen firsthand, how the right guidance at the right time can change the trajectory of a person’s life and career. From my early days as a student entrepreneur to becoming a management consultant specializing in productivity skills, leading mentoring initiatives across Africa, I have always been driven by a desire to help people see possibilities beyond their current circumstances. Mentoring to me is far more than just providing answers, it is about discovering potential, aligning with vision, nurturing growth, inspiring accountability and amplifying impact (DANIA framework), it is about helping individuals build clarity, confidence, and the courage to perform far better than they would without guidance.

My focus areas include career development, leadership growth, and helping professionals translate their potential into measurable impact within their organizations and communities. I am particularly passionate about supporting emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and mid-career professionals who are navigating transitions and seeking direction. I also have a strong interest in building structured mentoring systems within organizations to enable knowledge transfer, talent development, and sustainable growth.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to leave people better equipped, more self-aware, and ready to create value wherever they find themselves.

I want to guide startup founders in the ecosystem as much as possible to enable them identify risks and navigate the complexities of their businesses.

I also want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat in order to provide tremendous value from my wealth of extensive experience in various fields- Data Analysis, Productivity, Project Management, Business Development, Stakeholder Relations, etc
