About

As a Product & Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience, I work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, education, and the environment. My career has led me to manage complex products, structure strategies, lead multidisciplinary teams, and support organizations in demanding international contexts.

I support early-stage founders who want to transform a vision into a robust product. Structuring a strategy, clarifying a roadmap, prioritizing with discernment, and building an aligned team: my role is to help move from intuition to execution, while remaining true to a coherent worldview and sustainable objectives.

With an engineering background, I have developed a pragmatic yet human-centered approach to product development. My experience in healthcare and cyberpsychology enriches my understanding of projects: understanding behaviors, anticipating adoption, and designing sustainable solutions adapted to contemporary uses.

I am particularly motivated to support individuals from underrepresented and non-mainstream regions, and to contribute to greater diversity of perspectives in tech. I firmly believe that the most relevant solutions emerge from the intersection of cultures, experiences, and contexts.

My mentoring approach is demanding, structured, and kind. The goal isn’t just to advance a product, but to develop the mindset of the leader who forge it.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

Throughout my career, I have benefited from mentors, collaborators, and communities that challenged my thinking and accelerated my growth. Building products and leading teams in complex environments taught me that progress is rarely an individual achievement, it is the result of shared knowledge, honest feedback, and collective intelligence.

I want to contribute to the next generation of entrepreneurs because I understand how critical early guidance can be. In the early stages of a startup, decisions are often made with limited resources, high uncertainty, and intense pressure. Having someone to challenge assumptions, bring structure to ideas, and provide perspective can significantly increase clarity and confidence.
