My name is Oyindamola, a seasoned corporate commercial lawyer turned business expert. I wish to support startups in Africa who require governance, compliance and general business structuring support. I am mainly sector agnostic but I have advised on oil & gas, financial services, health insurance, healthcare, real estate, impact investing, commodities and education sectors.
I have also advised on business incubation and set up, mergers & acquisitions and financing. I can guide on how to set up lean and scale, getting the best deals and ensuring proper protection in legal documentation so as not to stifle startup growth. I can guide on setting up tailor made governance and compliance systems that help with institutionalisation and perpetuity of the business.
