Pierre Y. KPOFFON holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Law. With over ten years of experience, he has relevant professional certifications and has acquired proven expertise in coordination, management, training, awareness-raising, mobilization, and coaching. He has held various positions of responsibility in decentralized financial systems, where he has developed solid expertise in financial analysis, a keen analytical mind, and an ability to formulate effective recommendations. As an agency manager, he has coordinated agency networks focused on portfolio development and consolidation, as well as the implementation of inclusive financial and non-financial products and services. An associate consultant on various accounting and financial assistance, audit, control, and community education missions, he is also a project and program manager for financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and gender issues.
As a professional committed to financial inclusion, entrepreneurship development, and supporting young people and women, I am convinced that mentoring is a powerful lever for catalyzing the growth of African startups. With over ten years of experience in the decentralized financial services sector, project management, and strategic support for entrepreneurs, I want to put my expertise to work for this initiative in order to actively contribute to the development of a sustainable and innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem in Africa.
Africa is brimming with talent and promising initiatives, but access to resources, financing, and strategic advice remains a major challenge, particularly in French-speaking Africa. My involvement in this program is part of my vision for inclusive and structured entrepreneurship, where young project leaders receive high-quality support to maximize their impact and ensure the long-term viability of their businesses.
