Over the past 8 years, I have dedicated myself to working within various industries and enterprises here in Tanzania. My focus has been on consulting with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and this experience has not only honed my skills but has also allowed me to build a strong network for potential future opportunities. I am eager to further expand my efforts in engaging with other SMEs, as I believe that such interactions will provide me with invaluable new experiences and challenges to help me continue to grow and develop my expertise. In turn, the knowledge and insights that I share will not only benefit those I mentor but will also have a positive impact on the broader public.
