When I started working almost ten years ago someone said to me; ‘Start working, learn as much as possible in these first ten years, be that sponge and absorb as much as possible so you can pay it forward.’ I tried my best in these years to learn a lot about retaining a profitable company, creating valuable relationships, building business cases, working in an agile way, have a MVP mindset and more. In the past 1,5 year the feeling strengthened to think about how to share my learnings & capabilities to improve Planet & People. Next to that I have a very strong engagement with the African Continent. Studied there eleven years ago and ever since wanted to go back. Did that through travelling and supporting charities because everyday there is still so much potential.

So combining my passion for Africa, the confidence that new idea’s and start ups can change the world and the capabilities I have learned, I would very much like to learn more about industries & help entrepreneurs to build a successful company.

If I would further describe myself; it would be creating and preparing strong negotiations & partnerships, taking ownership, always look at wider business scope, key focus on collaboration, thrive for delivering results, always have a can do mentality, be an optimist, understanding importance of strategic thinking & planning
