Passionate about economic development, I believe early-stage innovation designed for scale and global competitiveness is key to sustainable growth. My goal is to invest in and build commercially viable businesses, especially in agriculture and climate tech, that deliver lasting impact.
I am interested in mentoring because I want to support innovative founders who are driving sustainable economic development. Many early-stage entrepreneurs experience information asymmetry, limited access to resources, and unclear pathways to scale. I hope to help founders fill these gaps by sharing practical insights and resources, providing pitch deck and business model feedback, creating connections, and serving as a sounding board as they refine their business models and/or prepare to fundraise.
Having worked with founders through private and public sector partners, as an angel investor, and as an operator at an early-stage start-up, I understand the difficulties of business development, story telling for customers and investors, and fundraising, among many other challenges. I want to be a mentor because I’ve seen firsthand how difficult building an early-stage start-up is, and the impact of having someone to ask honest questions, get feedback from, and brainstorm with. I hope to support founders by sharing practical insights, helping strengthen their business and revenue models, reviewing pitch materials, and providing guidance as they navigate growth and fundraising.
