Hallo my name is Raymond. I am an entrepreneur in the Construction sector. I have over 20 years experience in senior Sales, Marketing and General Management positions in the following industries : Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Travel and Tourism and Construction materials. I am interested in mentoring start-ups at any stage. My interest is in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategy and General Management. I am passionate about fighting Climate Change and have completed various courses in Renewable Energy and Sustainability.

I became an Entrepreneur after serving as a Corporate leader in different positions and in industries for over 20 years. I hold a a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa. However, when I became an Entrepreneur, I discovered that there is a lot that one still has to learn as an entrepreneur. I then realized that young entrepreneurs need mentorship in order to operate their businesses successfully. In 2024, I underwent Mentorship training with The Human Edge (UK) and mentored an Ethiopian startup under the ALX Addis Accelerator. I also write a weekly LinkedIn Newsletter about mentorship so as to guide entrepreneurs.
