Bachelor’s degree in Global Business Administration, with an international master’s degree in Rural Development. With more than 10 years of experience in the public, private, NGO, and international technical cooperation sectors in the design and management of projects promoting and innovating sustainable value chains for natural resources, including native biodiversity (biotrade), conservation and valuation of standing forest resources, productive development, strategic management, competitiveness, and corporate social responsibility in various economic sectors in Peru. Related to these topics, field experience and participation in various initiatives in North America (United States and Canada), sub-Saharan Africa (South Africa and Mozambique), Europe (Belgium, Italy, and Slovakia), and the Caucasus (Georgia). Direct approach to various micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, producer organizations (associations and cooperatives), social enterprises, academia, public programs, and non-profit organizations for the development of strategies that result in innovative and inclusive solutions, which seek to overcome technological and/or market barriers, allow for stakeholder participation, and generate a positive impact on the ecosystem, always aligning with current sustainability standards/goals (e.g., GRI, Ecovadis, and SDGs).

I am interested in applying what I have learned from my experience in Peru and subsequently in other regions of the globe in order to contribute and add value to the process of converting initiatives into more innovative and high-impact models amid the current complex and volatile scenario. Likewise, I want to build long-term relationships with entities where we share similar themes and interests in order to identify future synergies or scale the know-how/results achieved to new scenarios. Finally, I want to continue learning from professionals in various fields, sectors, and modern/disruptive approaches in order to continue building multifaceted/interrelated knowledge and thus respond to new challenges.
