I am Richmond Ogigai, a passionate tech enthusiast, a second-time tech founder, and a dynamic business leader with a rich blend of experience spanning technology, banking, finance, digital transformation, and sales. With a deep-rooted belief in innovation as a catalyst for transformation, I have spent the past decade building and contributing to solutions that empower people, businesses, and communities to thrive in a digital world.
My motivation to Mentor early stage founders stems from a belief that great ideas need guidance to become sustainable businesses and that access to the right support at the right time can make all the difference for them. I want to be that support. Whether it’s helping refine business models, sharing insights from hard-earned lessons, or simply being a steady sounding board, I am committed to empowering these founders to build with purpose and resilience across the following verticals: SAAS, Financial Services and Future of Works.
I am excited to contribute my time, energy, and experience to help shape the next generation of visionary entrepreneurs and the opportunity to be part of something meaningful.
My motivation to mentor early-stage founders comes from a deep place of empathy and experience. I know what it feels like to have a vision but not yet the roadmap to be filled with passion, but also surrounded by uncertainty. Those early days of building something from nothing are both thrilling and overwhelming, and I believe no one should have to navigate them alone.
Also, I believe in founders. They are the builders of tomorrow who are risk-takers, problem-solvers, dreamers with the courage to act. If I can help them avoid unnecessary mistakes, accelerate their learning, or simply feel less alone, then I’ve added value in a meaningful way.
