Mentoring startups and entrepreneurs allows me to give back to the ecosystem and contribute to building a stronger, more resilient economy in the long run. It’s a meaningful way to share what I’ve learned while supporting others on their growth journeys. At the same time, mentorship strengthens my own expertise—every exchange is an opportunity to gain new perspectives, challenge assumptions, and stay connected to evolving industries and business models. The process of knowledge transfer, problem-solving, and navigating real-world challenges keeps me curious and sharp, and fuels my growth mindset.
