I am interested in mentoring because growth is accelerated when experience is shared intentionally and responsibly. Throughout my career in law, technology, intellectual property, fundraising, and data protection, I have benefited from mentors who helped me translate theory into practical judgment, particularly in complex and fast-moving environments. Mentoring is my way of paying that forward, helping others shorten their learning curve, build confidence, and make thoughtful decisions that balance ambition with integrity.

My interests and focus areas sit at the intersection of technology, law, leadership, and entrepreneurship. I am particularly keen on mentoring individuals and early- to growth-stage companies navigating data protection, technology policy, fintech, and startup ecosystems. For companies, my focus includes governance and decision-making for scale, fundraising strategies, investor readiness, and managing investor expectations. I also support founders in developing regulatory awareness without slowing innovation, helping them understand compliance as a strategic enabler rather than a blocker.

Beyond technical expertise, I place strong emphasis on values-driven leadership, communication skills, and long-term career positioning. In addition, I am passionate about helping teams build resilient operating structures suited to emerging markets, where regulatory uncertainty, infrastructure constraints, and rapid growth often intersect. I mentor because I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and support entrepreneurs who are building innovative businesses in challenging and evolving environments. Having worked closely with startups and growth-stage companies, I understand how valuable early guidance can be in shaping sound decisions, avoiding costly missteps, and building with intention. Mentoring allows me to contribute meaningfully to the next generation of founders and operators by sharing practical insight drawn from real-world experience.

I am also motivated by curiosity and continuous learning. Mentoring gives me the opportunity to engage deeply with new industries, emerging business models, and novel technologies.
