I have been involved with young people for more than 20 years, first as a high school teacher, then as a teacher trainer guiding future English educators, and now as a University Professor. Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to empowering and guiding young students in their learning journeys. As an Organizational Development ICF coach, I extend this commitment to professionals, aiding them not only in mastering English but also in honing the soft skills essential for successful integration into the workplace. My multifaceted experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in both academic and professional spheres, driving my passion for facilitating their growth and development.
As I’ve emphasized previously, my overarching mission as an educator has always been to accompany and support young individuals in their learning journeys. Now, as I transition into the roles of coach and mentor, my mission remains unchanged, albeit with a new focus on entrepreneurship. I am dedicated to providing aspiring entrepreneurs with the guidance, tools, and support they need to navigate the challenges of starting and growing their own ventures. Drawing upon my experience in education, I approach mentorship with a deep understanding of individual learning styles, strengths, and areas for growth. My goal is to empower entrepreneurs to cultivate their skills, unlock their potential, and achieve their goals in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship.
