I’ve been supporting entrepreneurs as part of my work in private equity, especially in helping them structure their business and define sustainable business models. This exposure has sparked a growing interest in mentorship, as I’ve seen firsthand how strategic guidance at an early stage can transform a company’s trajectory. I now wish to share this experience more directly with founders in Agribusiness, Tech, Education, Water, etc. not just as an investor, but as a mentor who can challenge and support their thinking. I’m particularly interested in business model definition, growth strategy, and investor readiness, especially in the African context where I believe tailored support can create real impact. Mentoring also allows me to stay close to innovation and deepen my journey toward the venture capital space.
I mentor because I want to give back to the startup ecosystem by supporting emerging entrepreneurs, especially in contexts where tailored guidance can make a real difference. As someone with a background in private equity and entrepreneurship, I enjoy helping founders think more clearly about their business model, strategy, and investment readiness. Mentoring also allows me to stay connected to new industries and business models, while identifying opportunities where I might later engage more deeply : as an advisor, board member, or even investor.
