I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in France and Doctor (PhD) in Finance. I obtained my master’s degrees from two renowned business schools in France and Morocco. I began my career with a big four auditing and transaction advisory services (TAS) in Casablanca, where I participated in auditing financial institutions, corporate companies and providing financial services on various transactions across diverse sectors for different companies sizes.

I subsequently joined an investment bank, actively participating in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and structuring financial operations in capital markets. Afterwards, I joined a real estate investment fund, where I contributed to financial modeling and the structuring of investment opportunities.

I actively support entrepreneurs at various stages of development within support structures and startups, focusing on diverse aspects such as business models (BM), financial modeling (FM), business plans (BP), cash flow management (CM), and more.

I mentor to contribute on the growth of to the startup ecosystem and support this generation of entrepreneurs. It’s a way for me to continuously learn about diverse industries and new businesses while scouting for opportunities to serve as an advisor or on advisory boards. Mentoring also helps me build valuable connections, fostering collaborative opportunities in entrepreneurship.
