Hello my name is Suleiman Hassan Mohamed I have been working in Somalia in different organization over the past 7 years. I am interested in Africa and Asia. I believe to improve my productivity sharing my insights, and network with younger colleagues in mentoring programs that have huge impact in workplace culture and culture engagement. my country in Somalia lacks such opportunities most organizations and government sectors are facing hard life and challenges with workforces in all sectors. Mostly we hire mentorship programs from neighboring countries most likely they don’t come. Once given this opportunity to learn the mentor programs I can give back to my community and help them the challenges they are facing today

All i need is i want to help the workforce of my country through mentorship programs and train youth to learn the skills and knowledge I gain in mentor programs so that their tasks and skills will easy for them without difficulties. I will motivate all mentorship programs sectors listed above from investments, industries and business as well. connecting to the global world class workforce. learning how to work with people to whom they don’t have connections , demonstrating those with guidance and support.
