With over 10 years in the Tech and gaming industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of ecosystem building, community development and business entrepreneurial leadership success. As the Founder of Digital Realm Entertainment, the founder of Rwanda Games Industry and Development Association (RGIDA), and President of Enter Africa Org, A multi-season jury member for the Global Startup Awards for many regions including Africa, and many others like the Global Entertainment Awards, Hanga PitchFest Rwanda, I can say I am a true serial entrepreneur and business leader with a dedication to fostering innovation and growth in Africa.

My commitment extends beyond the gaming industry. I also actively mentors’ young entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders within the region, recognizing the importance of cultivating the next generation of changemakers.
For example :
>>I have been a mentor for young and upcoming developers at the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) for 4years and
>>I have continued to be a resource during consecutive young leaders trainings at YALI RLC EA where constantly share my business journey, learnings and experience with other business leaders during the guest sessions and specific track sessions. And of course own educational background in Computer Science, Physics, Design and Engineering provides a strong foundation for my work towards my mission at the intersection of technology and creativity.

It is a cycle, Bus mostly revolving around adopting and familiarizing myself even more with giving back, helping and inspiring the next generation, or just those who would find value in what I have to say or learn from my experience because the path is always the essence of the journey… one thing leads to another. And also at the same time getting to meet new aspiring entrepreneurs with amazing ideas that may be solutions to the challenges I may have faced or will be facing … and vice versa…

My extensive experience, leadership qualities, and commitment to sustainable development make me an ideal role model and mentor candidate for youth people like myself on the African continent daring to do hard things. I am confident that I will be an asset to the program, actively contributing to discussions and forging lasting connections with participants. My enthusiasm and innovative spirit will undoubtedly enrich the program and contribute to its overall success.
