About

I am a versatile entrepreneurship ecosystem professional with extensive experience in administration, project management, training, sales, marketing, mentoring, coaching, facilitatiion and business development across various sectors.

With nearly 35 years of expertise in entrepreneurship in West Africa, I’m currently involved in running my own NGO – Dania Williams LBG – supporting and mentoring young women at Universities with their entrepreneurial side hustles. I have also managied projects with MESTAfrica and the Ghana Science Tech and Explorer Prize (GSTEP), aiming to shape the STEM future of JHS students with mentoring strategies. Additionally, I have contributed to the EU-Africa DIGILOGIC H2020 project to enhance cooperation between digital innovation hubs in EU and Africa.
