I am a venture development specialist and programme manager helping scale education technology and social enterprises in Africa. I am passionate about education, social entrepreneurship and digital inclusion for sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Africa.
My mission is to help founders build commercially sustainable social impact driven business with products and services designed to improve the quality, access and relevance of education across Sub-Saharan Africa.
My career has always been rooted in impact entrepreneurship – from my first time working as a founder, and subsequent years working across three African-focused entrepreneurial support organisations, most recently leading the Social Entrepreneurship Impact Lab powered by FNB. I am one of 30 inaugural African Fellows for the AVPA Africa-Asia Impact Investment Fellowship led by faculty from Oxford Said Business School
Currently I I lead Injini’s Programme & Portfolio division. Injini is a pan-African EdTech specialised Accelerator and Think Tank.
I’ve been working with startup founders for the majority of my career in different capacities, from programme manager to portfolio manager responsible for working with founders to build investment cases.
I believe through my own experience as a founder and as a venture builer, I have a lot of insights and knowledge that I would like to share with startups founders as they grow and scale their tech solutions.
I’m passionate about education and social enterprise that you innovative technology to solve the world’s most difficult problems. I would like to use this opportunity to help founders in Africa take their solutions to the next level.
