My Name is Victor and i have been in the financial Services Space for over 12 years. I have gone through almost all the spectrum of Payment Operations – “Branch Operations, Customer Service, Funds Transfer, Settlement and Reconciliation, Card Operations, Fraud Monitoring, Business process improvement, product management” then moved on to Business – Business development, Product Manager, Sales, Operations Strategy.
I have a knack for making complex processes simple and efficient. I have seen a lot of start-ups focus a lot on Tech stack and ignore the fundamental block of payment operations. They end up paying dearly for it.

I am looking to help early stage start-up plan and execute their payment operations stack or existing Fintech to Improve and optimise their existing Operations Stack. I believe if the process is right and the foundation is well executed it can weather the storms ahead. My Interest is mainly in Financial Services

To give back to the Startup Ecosystem, especially those who are genuinely interested in making financial services easily accessible, affordable and improve the wellbeing of end users. Its also another opportunity to strengthen the ecosystem for more investors to come in. the more stable and profitable start-ups we have the better the ecosystem and the more attractive it would be for more investors to come in
