About

My name is Victoria and I am passionate about supporting startup entrepreneurs in building the right structure and systems to enable their enterprises to succeed. I am the co-founder of Chow Noodle Bar and I have successfully grown it from our early stage to weather the changes in economic climates and policies. I also serve as vice president of the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs Alumni Association of 870 entrepreneurs in Nigeria. One of my roles is to develop targeted capacity-building programs to enable our women to grow and surmount their current challenges
I look forward to sharing my experience garnered over the years with the start-up founders.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent

In my journey, I have benefitted a great deal from mentors who paved the way ensured I avoided mistakes, and showed me the optimal ways of operations as well as making meaningful introductions to potential customers. Mentorship is a 2-way avenue and an opportunity for me to give back and help others grow. I have had the opportunity to mentor other entrepreneurs where I have learned a great deal from them about their industries, opportunities, and ways of operating.
