Hello, my name is Yasmine and I have been managing the accelerator at AUC Venture Lab- recently recognized as MENA and Africa’s top startup accelerator- for the past 3 years. In that duration, I have overseen the development of over 100 startups across various industries in our program. The most pivotal aspects of my role are selecting startups, designing and delivering content and coaching.
I am looking to expand my knowledge and experience in the ecosystem by supporting early- stage founders, especially in areas around validation and testing.

My job naturally entails that I mentor entrepreneurs, both inside the program I run and also others seeking support. This has been a part of my role that I have found to be especially fulfilling and that has taught me the most, since it’s one thing to know entrepreneurship in theory and a whole other to experience the real on-ground application of it all. By expanding my mentorship experience, I believe it will help me continue to strengthen my practical knowledge while allowing me to support early stage entrepreneurs who are often unsure where to go for guidance in the beginning of their journey.
