As Head of Mission at Talents Plus Conseils in the SME and Acceleration Department. My daily routine is punctuated by training and sharing experiences with entrepreneurs. I’m equipped to draw up business plans, put together financing applications and help entrepreneurs negotiate with banks, microfinance institutions and now investment funds. Acting as a mentor to entrepreneurs will enable me to put at their disposal all the expertise of over 14 years’ experience (Banks and SAE).

I am also an International Trade Consultant with Euro Exim Bank, bringing my expertise to guide companies in the international trade arena. My previous experience as an Account Manager with NSIA BANK (ex-Diamond Bank) in Benin has enriched my skills in prospecting, financial analysis and customer portfolio development, offering a comprehensive perspective on companies’ financing and management needs.

As a consultant and trainer, I have contributed to large-scale projects such as the design of a guide to women’s economic empowerment, support for Agricultural Producers’ Organizations, and training in women’s entrepreneurship.
