Hello, my name is Afeez. Over the past six years, I have worked closely with more than 100 individuals across Africa and America, helping them build and refine their start-ups. My professional journey has been rooted in developing social enterprises and creating impactful learning and development (L&D) solutions that drive real-world results.

I strongly believe that while talent is widely distributed, access to the right opportunities and guidance is not. This belief fuels my commitment to mentoring—sharing practical business insights, tested strategies, and lessons learned to help early-stage entrepreneurs navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and grow sustainably.

My core interests lie in EdTech, social enterprises, and L&D innovation. I am particularly keen on working with founders building scalable, impact-driven solutions in these areas. I am passionate about mentorship because I believe it is one of the most effective ways to accelerate personal and business growth.
