About

I am passionate about mentoring because it allows me to guide others, share experience, and help them navigate challenges with confidence. My focus areas include financial management, tax strategy, corporate governance, and business growth, where I can offer practical insights on compliance, decision-making, and operational efficiency. I aim to empower mentees to develop both immediate solutions and long-term strategic thinking. Mentoring, to me, is about sharing knowledge, cultivating talent, and enabling sustainable growth.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I mentor because I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and support entrepreneurs who are navigating the challenges of building and scaling their businesses. Having gained experience in finance, tax advisory, and corporate governance, I see mentorship as an opportunity to share knowledge, guide decision-making, and help emerging businesses grow sustainably.

At the same time, mentoring allows me to scout for new opportunities to engage as an advisor or serve on boards, where I can contribute strategically while learning from innovative ventures. It also helps me build meaningful connections for myself and the organization I represent, fostering collaborations and networks that drive mutual growth.

In essence, mentoring is a way to contribute, connect, and create impact—supporting others while opening doors for shared opportunities.
