As a member of the YEP team, I am particularly interested in mentoring entrepreneurs because it gives a deeper understanding of the experiences of the entrepreneurs and allows for the opportunity to more closely contribute to the launch journey. I have been blessed to have either intentional/unintentional mentorship experiences that I’ve been extremely grateful for and am excited about the opportunity to do this for someone else. My major interests are in strategic planning, goal-setting, experience design, communications and customer engagement.
It’s a continuous learning experience for both mentees and myself, and I am excited by the shared value gotten out of mentorship.
