I pursuit an EMBA of Hec Montreal-McGill in management and i am an industrial engineer of ENSAI of Ngaoundéré-Cameroon. I also hold an IE-MBA in Management of St Jerome Catholic university, and also certified in Leadership and strategic of Sciences Pô-Paris.
Since, 08 years, i hold a consultancy firm specialized in strategic and management. My day to day work for company, is to conduct missions of :

– Strategic planification
– Organisationnal, commercial and production structuration
– Performance measurement
– Operationnal excellence
– Training

I am also certified in project management and i am a trainer for many years now.
My area of expertise is large but i prefer to work on the strategic planification and how a company can be performant.

Business in Africa need to grow and be strong. Financial issue is really important but it is also important to have well structured company; to be focus on people that develop the business; to know the market and his need; to understand the environment and all his influence on business; to construct strong connections with people and institutions; etc…
