About

I’m interested in mentoring on VC4A because I’ve been on both sides of the table: building products as an engineer, shipping applied AI in real companies, and operating as a founder. I like the VC4A idea of “mentor-driven capital” where mentors create value through practical guidance, not just introductions.

My goal as a mentor is to help founders move faster on the fundamentals that most directly unlock growth and investment readiness: clarity of the problem and ICP (ideal customer profile), crisp positioning, a measurable go-to-market plan, and a product roadmap tied to real unit economics and retention.

My focus areas:
Applied AI in real workflows (agents, automation, data pipelines, evaluation, reliability, privacy and governance).
B2B SaaS and enterprise GTM (discovery, pricing, pilots, sales motion, partnerships).
Fundraising readiness (narrative, metrics, milestones, decks, term sheet basics, diligence prep).
0→1 execution (hiring early teams, operating cadence, KPI dashboards, prioritization).

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I mentor because I’ve benefited from operators and investors who gave honest, practical feedback early, and I want to pay that forward. I enjoy working with founders who are building in fast-moving markets and learning new industries through their lens.

My style is hands-on and execution-oriented. I help founders sharpen problem and customer clarity, positioning, pricing, and a focused go-to-market plan. I also help translate ambition into milestones, metrics, and an investor-ready narrative and deck.

I’m also interested in selectively scouting opportunities to support founders beyond sessions when there is strong fit, clear traction, and a real need for operational help, whether that’s as an advisor or, over time, a board role.
